We strictly adhere to the finalized proposals. Additional services or modifications may require additional payment and time.

5. Hosting Services

If the client fails to pay for the hosting service, the website will go down after 3 notices. To recover, the client should pay the re-setup server charges and annual server charges.

6. Communication

Non-proper language or communication delays may result in the discontinuation of services.

7. Project Timeframes

If the project exceeds the agreed-upon timeframe due to the client’s delayed response, additional charges may apply for extra time and opportunity costs.

8. Modifications

Modifications should be provided by the client in one go within the given timeframe.If the modifications come with the new addons, which not finalized on the initial proposal may require respective charges.

9. Project Sharing

We reserve the right to share the projects that our designers work on with other web development companies.

10. Payment Terms

Payments should be made within 3 days after each stage completion. Additional charges may apply for payment delays.

11. Client Responsibilities

The client should provide necessary files, content, and images. If they require assistance with this, additional charges will be applied.

At VXCORE, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality services and utmost satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent to both parties involved.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following scenario:

  1. Non-commencement of Work: If a client has made the initial payment but work has not commenced within the allocated timeframe agreed upon in the project contract, we will issue a refund upon request.

Please Note:

-Refunds will only be processed if the work has not commenced. Once work has begun, refunds will not be provided.

-Once we receive your return request and inspect the process, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
